Eddie's voice, the band's most unique instrument, was noticeably absent. The band, musically, was wonderful. I wanted a raw show, but instead got a very contrived and commercialized performance. Tuesday night, Eddie was admittedly under the weather. They did play a lot of older songs, which was cool. There were a lot of great guitar solos and some good keyboard moments. This was my first Dead Man's Party concert, and it just wasn't everything I was expecting. I just wish Eddie had been singing them rather than letting the audience do his job.
